I called several fence companies when it was time to replace ours. Pioneer was first to return our call, first (by a long shot) to visit the property and offer an estimate, and in the end, the most economical option. The office staff were responsive to questions and support prior to install. Install was on time, thorough, the crew was pleasant, and overall we are very satisfied with the new fence. Sounds like a commercial, but I simply don't have any complaints.

We hired a different fence company initially for our new fence install. It was an absolute nightmare and they essentially bailed on the job after only completing about 3/4 of the install. Pioneer was not only willing to help us complete everything but they did great work! I was also worried that they were not going to be able to do the job on the day they showed up because of all the snow that had accumulated in our backyard. However the team was willing to shovel the snow out of the way and got the job done all within the first day. It’s not easy to find good contractors these days, so we felt very lucky to have found such quality, hardworking, and honest people through Pioneer. We would highly recommend them!

I have referred you to others and will continue to do so. The service has always been excellent. When I bought my house I changed out the original chain link fence, you all were in & out & everything was very clean. Neighbor busted out a corner post while drunk, you came back and fixed that. Main fence has lasted 24 years with only 2 post replaced in all that time until now. Quality work at a reasonable price. New work was caused by someone else's lack of planning, but once again to the rescue & hopefully this will last again another 20+ years or til I am no longer the homeowner.
